Claudia Kelly - Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Coach

When Claudia first began exercising she was a typical lazy teenager who, under normal circumstances, would avoid exercise at all costs. Over the years Claudia learnt to appreciate her body and enjoy exercise so much, she decided to make a career of it.
Seven years later Claudia is helping others to forget their fears and hesitations and embrace the joy and rewards that exercise has to offer.
Claudia believes the secret to reaching your goals is simple:
