What is M.S.T.?
M.S.T. is cardio and weight traiing combined into one. It is fun, and suited for anyone who wants to give it a go.
Why should I get involved?
If you want to work on your fitness, improve your ability to study and generally get in shape then M.S.T. is for you. We promise that you will enjoy yourself!
What will we do?
One or two qualified strength and conditioning coaches will work with the group for 50 minutes - together we will make sure that improvement happens.
